This extraordinary grappa made from mixed grapes comes from the distillation of pomace from Nebbiolo da Barbaresco DOCG, Dolcetto d’Alba DOC, and Barbera d’Alba DOC. The quality of the pomace and the direct-fire discontinuous still (the last of its kind in Italy) characterized the first phase of this distillate’s life. But only time could help release its unparalleled aromas and unique taste.

After distillation in 2008, it was placed in a small acacia cask where it rested in total tranquility until 2023. Awakened and bottled, without the addition of sugar or coloring, it surprises with the intensity and exclusivity of its aromas, bestowed by 15 years of rest in the fine wood of a small cask.
