From the Langhe, a region where the vine has found one of its highest expressions, come the pomace of the great Piedmontese DOC – DOCG wines; the resulting Grappa finds an extraordinary and exciting balance derived from aging in underground pits. This Chamomile Grappa is obtained through the direct maceration of highly fragrant Langhe chamomile flower heads in single-varietal Nebbiolo Grappa, following a recipe fortunately discovered in the diaries of Lidia Levi.
